Description
Training target that identifies vital organs for defensive accuracy in order to stop a threat:
1. Defensive hits to the heart/lungs drains the engine. Large area=faster hits for change in behavior.
2. Precision hit to the brain stem turns off the human computer. Small area=precise hit for change in behavior.
3. Defensive hits to the pelvic girdle stops movement towards you. Alternate target, if needed, for a change in behavior.
Note: “Center mass” is not a vital hit area; precise hit to the spine is unreliable in a dynamic situation.
