By joining as a member, you agree to the following TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP: A Girl & A Gun (“AG & AG”) reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership at any time, for any reason, if a member engages in unsafe behavior or actions that conflict with the organization’s policies, rules, or standards of conduct. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the General Release and Media Consent, which is a legally binding agreement confirming that you are legally able to participate in AG & AG events; that you accept all risks associated with firearms training and group activities, including health-related risks; and that you take personal responsibility for your own safety, equipment, and conduct. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and AG & AG rules, and you release and hold harmless AG & AG and its affiliates from any liability related to property damage, illness, injury, or other claims. You understand that group photos or videos may be taken at events and that your image may appear incidentally in promotional or training materials.
