All members and guests of A Girl & A Gun Women’s Shooting League who attend our events are required to sign a release of liability and media release in order to participate. A copy of our standard release is available here. The liability waiver is mandatory to participate or spectate at an event. We have also included a media waiver because pictures and videos are almost always taken at AG & AG events. All pictures are reviewed so that the person(s) likeness in the photo is portrayed in a positive way and can be proud of the picture/video.
As part of her membership of A Girl & A Gun Women’s Shooting League, all members agree to follow the policies, procedures and rules of the League, including the policies, procedures and rules of each venue where League events take place and acceptance of any required liability releases or waivers, as they each may be updated from time to time. The Member acknowledges that the League does not provide guidance on the specific legality of skills learned at League events. The Member agrees she is responsible for determining the requirements of all applicable laws as they may relate to ownership, possession and use of firearms, and remaining in compliance with such requirements. The League reserves the right to revoke membership in its chapters at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of any League policy, procedure or rule or any applicable law.
