March 2024 Recap

March 2024 was full of training, camaraderie, and growth! Memberships were up 25% over last March! Our DRIFT Academy was off the charts and more than 2,300 ladies in our local chapters had a ton of fun! Here are some of the March 2024 highlights:

DRIFT Academy Teaches Shooting, Driving, Tactics, and More!

A Girl & A Gun hosted 17 women for its second DRIFT Academy at VIRginia International Raceway on March 18-22, 2024. Learning topics included travel safety, pistol marksmanship, vehicle tactics, off-road recovery, rollover recovery, drift and skid recovery, evasive driving, escape, and more! The 3-day getaway was action-packed and every woman left more knowledgeable and empowered.

Candy Petticord of Ohio said, “They covered all the bases, from A to Z. From being safe in your hotel room to evading a suspicious person while in your vehicle, the phenomenal team at R.F.H. Tactical Mobility provided us with solid information and recommendations and amazing hands-on training. I don’t want to provide any spoilers for those who may be attending in the future, but I will say if you attend DRIFT Academy, be prepared for the unexpected and be excited to learn how to effectively and confidently deal with life’s curve balls! Kudos to our fearless and innovative leader, Robyn Sandoval, for yet another outstanding A Girl & A Gun training opportunity! This is only one of the reasons why A Girl & A Gun is the #1 women’s shooting league!”
