We know that things are uncertain now, and you may find yourself wanting to do something, and are being asked to do nothing and stay at home. But remember that there are always things you can do!
This is the perfect time for you to work on yourself. Break open your Shooting Journal! If you don’t have one printed, you can download one from the AG & AG website. There are articles to learn and drills to practice. You can also find hundreds of articles on AGirlandAGun.org to read and research to fit your needs and goals — ready and waiting for you!
Many of our AG & AG chapters are hosting virtual meetings, so check in with your Facilitator via the Facebook group or Team App and see what is going on. Reconnect with other like-minded people; most likely, others are at home, too, wondering what to do.
And, above all remember to move your body and work your mind.
Moving will lift your mood and you’ll feel amazing. It doesn’t take any equipment or much space to get some movement in. You can sign up for our AG & AG Push-Up Challenge and join an online community of other AG & AG members all getting stronger virtually together. Turn on your favorite tunes and dance like no one’s watching, but beware the kids with the cell phone videos, lol! :)
