On September 14, the Houston Chapter held a Meet and Greet at Spring Guns and Ammo, but this Meet and Greet was a little different. It wasn’t for the members; it was for the customers at the range! Between 10:00 and 4:00, Tracy and several members of the Houston Chapter (Mary Shelton, Sherry Dickson, Gale Fortner and Kendra McMullin) greeted the customers of Spring Guns and Ammo as they walked in the door to introduce them to A Girl and A Gun. They talked to well over 50 ladies (and even some guys, too). They added three new members to our ranks and thirty of the gals registered for the giveaway – a one year membership to A Girl and A Gun. The lucky winner of the giveaway was Candy Henthorne! We look forward to seeing many new faces at the upcoming Spring Guns and Ammo Girls Night Out.
Also in September, Houston added a new range for events. September 26 is the first night we’ll be having a Girls Night Out at High Noon Indoor Gun Range in Crosby, Texas. High Noon will provide a range for gals that live on the east side of Houston. They can’t wait to get started there!
