I’m the previous owner of Barnes Bullets and am a proficient rifle shooter and hunter. I have hunted numerous places around the world and in approximately 25 different states. I have shot pistols a good share of my life, but not with proper instruction until A Girl & A Gun came into my life. Each year in April AG & AG has a conference in Texas, and I have attended since the 1st year it started. I had always been an instructor teaching reloading ammunition until 2016 when I was able to not only teach a class, but also take some classes myself. I couldn’t believe the classes that were offered with such top-notch instructors! There was no way to take every class in the 3 days of conference, but I knew after leaving conference that year that I needed to make a decision to help ladies in my area feel my passion for this organization. I want to share with them what I have learned and help others to feel comfortable and confident with handling and firing their pistols. There is no better way to do that than having women teaching women. In my opinion AG & AG is the best of the best and it is a sisterhood that cannot be ignored. I’m so proud to be a member and now a facilitator of a chapter here in Central Utah. A Girl & A Gun has definitely changed my life and it will change the lives of many more in the future.
