Erica started shooting later in life and has found her passion in instructing, training and leading the Broward Chapter of A Girl & A Gun. She holds several NRA Instructor certifications, as well as A Girl & A Gun Range Safety Officer and NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events and Stop The Bleed trainer. Erica believes in incorporating both real-life experiences and her training experiences into all levels of instruction. She loves working with new and experienced shooters to help them learn how to be safe with firearms, while learning, understanding, and developing the fundamental skills that they need.
