When I’m not teaching women how to shoot, I’m teaching workplace violence, conflict avoidance and personal safety seminars and classes to companies and organizations nationwide. Women realize that they can defend themselves, they just need the confidence and skill set to do so.

I launched Personal Safety Alliance to empower women. Personal and tragic events in my life reinforced the need for me to take responsibility for my own protection and safety. My firearms training began in 2013, which led to me becoming a NRA Certified Instructor.
