Facilitator: Candy Petticord Candy has been ecstatically married to her bestest bud, Jim, for 29 years and they have twelve Pettipeeps, all of whom are skilled shooters. Candy began her shooting journey a little over four years ago when she received her CHL and realized, with a ridiculously high amount of clarity and discomfort, that a day’s training and a plastic card from the Sheriff’s Office doth not a skilled and/or competent shooter make. With this is mind, she has avidly pursued firearms and self-defense trainings for herself and her family and she is an NRA, USCCA, and SPB Certified Instructor in multiple disciplines. She is passionate about sharing her skills, trainings, and mindset, and she uses her warmth and sense of humor to instruct and encourage people, especially ladies, who desire to own the responsibility of their personal safety and the safety of their loved ones. |
