Welcome to the AG & AG Henderson Chapter. I'm Eileen Kerlin and the chapter's Facilitator. I became interested in the shooting sports "relatively" later in life, and that love and passion really took off after joining AG & AG. Not only did I become more inspired to shoot more frequently; it gave me the confidence to work hard and to become an NRA Pistol & Rifle Instructor, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, and an USCCA instructor. And with a nudge from a friend I started to compete; first in local matches and now I find myself flying around the country with my gun case that is as tall as me! I shoot USPSA, Clays, Steel Challenge, IDPA, and Multigun (My favorite).

I am also an active 2nd Amendment supporter. I am a Benefactor NRA Member and a member of the NRA's Women's Leadership Forum. I am also the Nevada State Director for the DC Project.

What are my goals for our chapter? To provide women from all backgrounds a safe and nonjudgmental environment to not only learn about the shooting sports, but to meet other women and to share our common and different interests with one another.

You'll learn quickly that "It's More than Shooting" and that is the truth. Shooting brings us together, but we get so much more out of it.
