AG & AG Cuts Ties with Devil Dog Arms

A Girl & A Gun Women’s Shooting League (AG & AG) has terminated its relationship with Devil Dog Arms (DDA) after learning that founder Joe Lucania lied about his military service.

On Sunday night, Lucania issued an apology on the DDA Facebook page, “I am not and was not a marine, did not serve and do not have a DD214.”

“Our organization comprises honorable military servicewomen and military families,” said AG & AG Founder, Julianna Crowder. “We will not associate with companies that disrespect these brave women and men.”

DDA was slated to be the presenting sponsor of AG & AG’s 3-Gun University in May. The women’s league was previously unaware of the situation and has canceled its sponsorship with DDA.

Crowder added, “While we ended our relationship with Joe Lucania, AG & AG supports the women who were on Team Devil Dog. These professional shooters — many of them veterans and military spouses themselves — are good women, talented marksmen, and respected members of our community.”

3-Gun University will take place as planned. Sponsorship opportunities are available. Learn more at
